Weed Man Lawn Care needs HIGH ENERGY, OUTGOING people with EXCELLENT ORGANIZATION & COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

This is an outside community outreach representative position which requires you to be on your feet and very active from 5 - 8:30 pm Monday to Thursday, and some Saturdays. Shifts per week will vary due to employees' personal schedules.

In this role, you will be working predominantly outdoors in local neighborhoods, generating leads for our sales staff by offering homeowners the opportunity to obtain a free, no-obligation lawn care quote. No selling is required, but this is a terrific starting point for those looking to get involved in the field of sales or business.  Great opportunity for students – no experience necessary!

Responsibilities

• Canvass local neighborhoods offering homeowners free, no-obligation lawn care quotes
• Work with a team to offer lawn care quotes to homeowners
• Earn commission for every quote booked with a guaranteed hourly pay
• Work with realtime GPS-monitored tablets, work in pairs and always have at least one supervisor monitoring the crew
