Our client in the Tri-Valley is looking for an excellent Admin Assistant who is ready to be on their toes in the ever-changing environment that helps start-up companies! Are you focused, collaborative, and able to take on projects without breaking a sweat? We have the Career Opportunity for YOU!!

Duties include:
  • Create project plans for specific projects
  • Create action items and manage through completion
  • Work with team members to complete projects on time
  • Develop and maintain budget for projects
  • Work with HR/IT to collect all Employee Equipment
  • Run errands as needed
  • Maintain and manage office needs
  • Vendor relationships
  • Work with IT teams to coordinate fixing any issues (Gf, portfolio companies, and personal)
  • Coordinate and arrange standard and complex travel arrangements both business and personal
  • Coordinate and schedule events, meetings or appointments between departments or other outside parties
  • Coordinate and prepare materials including reports, processes, data analysis, presentations, letters or other correspondence as requested
  • Proofread document copies for spelling, grammar, layout, and making appropriate changes
  • Run personal and business errands
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed
Desired Qualifications
  • Proven experience as administrative assistant / project coordinator or other similar position for minimum 3-5 years
  • Self-starter who will thrive in an ambiguous startup environment
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Well-organized with ability to prioritize
  • Detail oriented
  • Understanding of managing multiple projects at any given time
  • Ability to handle sensitive / confidential information
  • Time and project management skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • B.S. or B.A preferred
