Assistant Director of Caddie Services - Streamsong Red/Blue

To assist the Director of Caddie Services with day to day scheduling of caddies as well as suggesting methods of how to caddie and fore-caddie, while providing excellent communication and guest service.

Essential Functions:

• Assisting in scheduling caddies to groups.
• Communicate to our guests suggested caddie and fore-caddie fees.
• Introducing caddies to our guests.
• Being a liaison between Streamsong and the caddie program.
• Providing excellent communication with Director of Caddie Service, Director of Golf, Head Golf Professionals and any other department manager.
• Guiding Caddies to perform within the guidelines set forth by the Director of Caddie Service and Streamsong.
• Perform other duties assigned by Director of Caddie Services, Director of Golf or Head Golf Professionals.
• Ability to lift occasionally 30lbs of weight.

Knowledge and Skills:

     Education: High School Degree or equivalent, preferred.

     Experience: Previous experience as a Caddie and supervisor of people, preferred.

     Skills and Abilities: Demonstrates quality interpersonal communication skills. Ability to efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision. Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.

Flexible availability required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
