Kirkland Nissan is hiring now for a RECEPTIONIST for our busy dealership. We are looking for a people-person who is professional and able to multi-task in a fun, fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for you! Selected applicants will have experience with receptionist and general clerical office duties.

Receptionist - Job Responsibilities:

• Answer phones.
• Greet all customers in person promptly and assist as necessary.
• Set service reservations.
• Monitor the coffee pot and snacks in the lounge, and maintain customer waiting areas and playroom
• Clear the phone voice mail boxes frequently for service administrators
• Monitor the service department general e-mail and respond or forward as necessary
• Maintain a positive, approachable attitude when dealing with customers.
• Take the initiative to help others as needed.
• Promote cooperation and teamwork through actions and words.
• Responsible for other duties which may be assigned.
  
  

Receptionist - Job Requirements:

• Good communications skills and professional personal presentation
• Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Strong keyboard skills
• Ability to multi-task in a sometimes high-stress, demanding environment
• Honest, respectful and trustworthy.
• Previous Customer Service experience is recommended
• Valid driver's license
