About this job

 The purpose of this job is to collect outstanding customer balances.

Duty or Responsibility

Work with monthly aging report focusing on collections of outstanding balances

Evaluating creditworthiness of new customers using credit bureau software and making decisions on new order requests

Training and providing guidance for CA Collection team

Answer and support team with complex account questions/issues

Work with the sales staff, Bid Team and Educators reconcile and resolve account issues

Research billing issues related to customer accounts

Additional duties as assigned. 

Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.

  • Detail oriented, with a strong math aptitude and very strong analytical skills
  • Outstanding oral & written communication skills 
  • Standard office and computer equipment including MS Office software. Develops relationships with external customers with frequent interaction with relevant internal departments.
