Overnight Prep

The Overnight Prep Team is responsible for the food preparation at Come Back Shack while the restaurant is closed. Shifts run from around Midnight - 8 AM. Tasks include pattying burgers, cutting potatoes for fries, washing dishes, and putting away truck orders. The work is often physically demanding.You must be able to work in temperatures of 35 degrees for extended periods of time. You must be able to lift 50 lb bags of potatoes. You should be a self-starter and a hard worker with good attention to detail. You will follow simple recipes and procedures and will be expected to learn and follow basic standards of food safety and sanitation. Some kitchen experience is preferred. Ability to work well on a team is required. If you apply, do not bother to state your availability as it is assumed your availability is 12 AM - 8 AM, 7 days a week. Sorry but we don't hire individuals for this position who are in school or who will be in school as we are looking for commitments of 1 year or more. Starting pay is $10-12/hr.
