About this job

•    Perform opening set-up, cleaning duties and closing duties.
•    Be a Good communicator and listener with all fellow staff members.
•    Stay calm under pressure.
•    Assist waiters in the maintenance of the dining room and server area
•    Be able to run food during down time to help out.
•    Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms for the guests.
•    Help take empty plates off of tables if the guest is visibly finished with it
•    Shucking oysters is a large part of this position when needed
•    Complete daily Busser Prep List in timely manner and be able to effectively work in a team 
•    Complete daily clean-up calendar
•    Must be able to pass the daily verbal quizzes with 75% score or higher.
•    Attend all employee meetings.
•    Abide by the BB’s Krewe of Culture.
•    Work with “team work” always in mind
•    Perform job functions with accordance to performance standards
•    Take breaks only at non busy periods in compliance with the general and service manager. 
•    Clock in and report to the general manager/service manager on time and in full uniform. Obtain managers approval for clocking out. 
•    Maintain kitchen safety and sanitation guidelines.
•    Maintain assertiveness throughout the shift.
