Server - Full-time / Part-time

•    Perform opening set-up, cleaning, side work and closing duties
•    Be a good team player. Help others when they need something.
•    Perform proper greet in accordance to company standard
•    Suggestively sell any feature drinks or dishes
•    Properly Up-Sell applicable items
•    Take breaks only at non busy periods in compliance with the manager on duty.
•    Stay calm under pressure.
•    Perform proper pre-bussing on all tables
•    Bus own tables when able
•    Ensure 100% guest satisfaction by always performing “above and beyond” service to our Customers.
•    Must be able to pass the server tests with 80% or above.
•    Attend all employee meetings.
•    Work and treat our Customers by our BB’s Krewe of Culture document.
•    Be available for special events to include but not limited to: White Linen Night, Fat Tuesday, Anniversary Parties, ect.
•    Maintain assertiveness throughout the shift.
•    Properly declare your tips
•    Be professional and courteous at all times.
•    Confidant when handling any menu related questions. Be a menu expert.
•    Create guest loyalty and repeat customers
•    Compute guest check outs, operate the POS system and accept payment
•    Always abide by BB’s uniform and grooming policy. 
•    Greet guest when they arrive and thank them when they leave.
