Staffmark is hiring a Front Office Receptionist for a long-term temporary, possible temporary to hire position in Woodland Hills, CA!
Hours:
Monday-Thursday / 8:30pm - 5:30pm
Friday / 8:30am - 4:00pm
Pay: $15 - $16 / hr
Looking for a receptionist for a large Third Party Administration firm. The person will be alone in a large modern reception area. The office is large, spacious and very modern. Looking for a candidate that is well presentable and must have receptionist/telephone exchange experience. This individual will be the first face that their clients see.
Duties:
-Answering all calls with professional customer service.
-Transferring calls to appropriate extensions, and taking messeges.
-Must be organized and able to work independently.
-Looking for a pleasant personality and presentable.
-Office Suite proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel)
-Clerical duties as assigned.
-Some data entry.
-Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
-Maintain and keep kitchen area clean.
-Sorting incoming and outgoing mail.
