General Job Description: The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead recruiting teams and manage a full cycle recruiting process for multiple positions across all business units, while simultaneously maintaining an unparalleled candidate experience.

This position will concentrate on increasing the volume of Hispanic and other minority applicants and hires by upgrading processes to include Spanish language materials and Hispanic cultural preferences.

The position requires a meticulous recruitment professional with a determined work ethic who can form partnerships with all levels of the organization.

 

Location: This position can be located anywhere within the continental United States.

 

Duties:

  • Serve as the recruiting subject matter expert and advisor to the organization for all staffing needs, especially with regard to Spanish language and Hispanic Culture.
  • Hiring Forecasting - working directly with management to plan and forecast needs
  • Lead Generation and Prospect engagement -- Build and maintain networks of potential candidates through proactive market research (including competitor trends, market intelligence and outreach to the Hispanic community)
  • Present labor market intelligence and provide consultation to senior management and line management to plan and implement effective sourcing strategies that identify and deliver top Hispanic and non-Hispanic talent
  • Develop, provide and maintain regular reporting on recruitment activities (requisition, applicant flow, hires, turnover, etc.)
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
  • Participate in special projects and or recruiting initiatives in partnership with internal customers.
  • Work closely with Marketing to create and maintain advertisements for employment opportunities, public relations messaging, and any public facing collateral, with a primary focus on the Hispanic community.
  • Develop processes and programs to assure bilingual pool of candidates for future hire.
    • Enhance assessment and interviewing process for all bilingual candidates
  • Ensure that candidates are successfully integrated into the company through pre-employment, onboarding and follow up activities that support inclusiveness.
Requirements:
  • Must be Bilingual - Fluent English and Spanish verbal and written
  • In-depth understanding of Hispanic culture and minority career development
  • Ability to develop effective Hispanic messaging and employment strategies
  • Proven experience with progressive recruitment resources such as social media and internet
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills; demonstrated influence and diplomacy at all levels
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking: able to create and implement sourcing strategies and viable continuous sources of labor
  • Technologically astute with experience with ATS and HRIS systems, Social Media and MS Office Suite
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements

  • Strong market research capabilities and the ability to present research to senior management.
  • Ability to develop creative approaches to source candidates in challenging niche markets.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated, with a true sense of ownership from start to finish
  • This position will require occasional overnight travel
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required from an accredited university or college.
  • Must have 7+ years of direct experience as a talent acquisition professional
  • Must have proven experience recruiting for Spanish speaking employees
  • Demonstrated results executing recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, and diversity sourcing.
