An instrument repair technician's job is to repair musical instruments in a timely and proficient manner so that the instrument is returned to the customer in good playing order. A technician can specializes in one category type of instruments, or works on multiple categories types, such and brass woodwind, string or percussion.

Duty or Responsibility:
- Provide repair estimates for customer owned instruments within established timeframes and guidelines
- Work on customer owned instruments as well as rental fleet in an efficient & timely manner.
- Ensure each instrument is repaired according to established quality guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records for production reporting and billing. As well as other admin duties.
- Additional duties as assigned.
