Hyundai of Cool Springs is seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working automotive Service Porter-Driver for our busy Service Department. The Service Porter-Driver handles transportation and concierge needs of our service customers. This full-time position pays an hourly wage. Evening and weekend hours may be required. Excellent customer service skills are a must.

Service Porter / Driver - Job Description:

After greeting customers entering the Service lane, the Service Porter -Concierge Driver establishes rapport with the service customer. Provides transport to service customers in company vehicle.

What we are looking for is a friendly, outgoing candidate who presents well and can quickly establish good rapport with people. Previous automotive experience is not required.

Service Porter / Driver - Job Requirements:

• Drive and Pick Up customers to and from their destination
• Drive vehicles out of the service lane
• Good customer service skills, friendly and professional manner
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Vacuum customer vehicles
• Valid driver's license with a solid, clean driving record
• Very friendly and conversational
• Excellent customer service skills
• Persistent - you know how to get things done
• No previous automotive experience is necessary
• Ability to efficiently complete other assigned tasks or errands as needed by the Service Manager
