The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness. -Follows McDonald's operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift
-Maintains a clean and organized restaurant
-Provides quality products to all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
-Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines
-Recognizes and reinforces individual team accomplishments by using existing organizational methods
-Maintains regular and punctual attendance
-Must have high level quick service restaurant experience!

Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
