- Answer multi- lines telephone and transfer to appropriate staff members
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: data entry, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Process and mail out invoices
- Manage company calendars in Outlook
- Provide administrative support to office staff
- Verify employee time record; process payroll
- Inspect customer's vehicles prior to being up-fitted
- Process credit card payment
- Quote customers on products
- Create and prep work orders prior to up fit
- Receptionist/customer service required
- Able to use a multi-line phone system
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with invoicing and ability to learn internal process
- Heavy multi-tasking skills
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Strong Attention To Detail
