Entry Maintenance Tech - Full Time, Year Round - Arrowhead Alpine Club

 

 

Responsibilities of the Entry Maintenance Tech include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform daily rounds-checks of Alpine Club indoor common areas and outdoor pool area.
  • Check with Facilities Manager on Club member and staff maintenance requests.
  • Document all work performed and provide / discuss daily progress updates with facilities manager.
  • Maintain all engineering tools and spaces in clean, safe and secure working order.
  • Work with all departments and outside contractors.
  • Prepare outdoor spa, pool and pool deck for daily use including chemical checks, pool facility cleanliness and hardware functionality.   
  • Assist with preventative maintenance of mechanical systems in spa and pool areas.   
  • Complete all assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Minor maintenance experience preferred but not required.  Will train the right motivated person with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn a new trade.  
  • Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent - required
  • 18 years of age or older - required
  • Basic computer skills  - required
  • Valid Colorado driver's license  - required
  • Able to read, write and speak English  - required
  • Able to work weekends and evenings until 8:30 p.m.- required
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds  - required
  • Able to scoop and shovel snow  - required
  • Able to work on a ladder  - required
  • Able to provide exceptional customer service  - required
  • In person interview - highly preferred
