PrideStaff is currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Programmer to work in an established, employee friendly, manufacturing facility in a temporary-to-hire position in Pacific, MO.
Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00AM-4:00PM
Job Description:
- Understand quality and production within company specifications, goals, and objectives
- Comply with all safety and environmental rules and regulations
- Maintain proper training, tools and materials to carry out duties
- Prepare tools to read measurements on material and finished goods
- Use gauging tools and equipment for safe and efficient production
- Implement the use of cutting tools in the manufacturing process when necessary
- Utilize effective problem-solving methods when manufacturing issues arise
- Develop manufacturing processes to maximize safety and profitability
Job Requirement:
- Ability to complete advanced mathematics and read a tape measure
- Advanced understanding of equipment setup and maintenance
- Advanced understanding of material identification and purpose
- Understand how to maximize the efficiency of multiple machines
- Must possess basic computer operation skills
- Must be able to read blue prints
- Ability to push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand up to 8-12 hours a day
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
- Must provide 2 work references (no personal references please)
