Pay and Bonus:

  • Salary $45,000- $55,000.
  • Bonus program,paid out quarterly!
  • $1,000 signing bonus after completion of training.

Requirements:

  • 2+ year’s supervisory experience in either a food service or retail.
  • Education, High School Diploma or GED
  • Driver’s License & Valid Car insurance
  • Computer literacy.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical/decision-making skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret documents such as safety rules, Operation and Maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, Coordinate, Train and manage all employee personnel.
  • Promoting positive team atmosphere; opportunities for growth and development.
  • Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards including issue resolution.
  • Recruit, hire, develop, and motivate team members including conflict resolution skills; adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities such as employee time keeping, inventory management, cash handling, and sales reporting.
  • Maintain a safe, comfortable work environment for employees and customers. Ensure the restaurant is clean and equipment is in good working condition at all times.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ensure that ingredients and menu items are properly stored, handled, prepared, and presented with great care and concern for food safety.
  • Maintain a local marketing program that will continue to grow sales.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

  • Regularly required to stand and walk; talk and hear to communicate with employees; and taste/smell.
  • Frequently required to handle, feel and reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Ability occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required for this role include peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
