Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years of property insurance underwriting experience
- Great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have recent and extensive experience dealing with real estate underwriting, preferably for small to moderate size transactions. This includes strip malls, shopping centers, habitational, etc.
- Must be willing to do a high volume of transactions as opposed to low volume of high end properties.
- Must have current contacts with real estate wholesalers
