Job Description:

 

This position involves snow and trash removal, as well as other landscaping duties in addition to general maintenance, as assigned.

 

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Complete daily summer preventative maintenance and repairs - including carpentry, painting, mowing, weed whacking. and ladder work

  • Complete daily winter maintenance - including snow removal, upkeep of base area, and trash removal

  • Follow standard operating procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Consistently learn new skills, either on the job training or independently.

  • Maintain supplies and equipment, letting supervisor know of needs

  • Perform light repairs on equipment - including changing belts, lubrication, sharpening blades, and safety checks

  • Keep paperwork, job logs, and training requirements up to date.

  • Maintain good attitude and people skills even during high pressure situations.

     

    Qualifications:

     

  • Trade school and/or landscaping training

  • Competent in Microsoft Outlook or Office – required

  • Able to write and speak English fluently - required

  • Previous skid steer and landscaping experience – preferred

  • Must have a valid CO driver’s license.

  • May lift up to 50 lbs., assistance is available for heavy lifting.

  • Must be able to make quick decisions regarding safety.

  • Arrive on time to work as scheduled

  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
