HVAC Technician

Building Air Services, Inc. a self-performing, Nationwide, HVAC service company is currently seeking top notch HVAC Technicians to service Houston, TX and the surrounding areas.
We service and maintain 1 to 30 ton package units and split systems in commercial applications.
Our clients include retail stores, malls, stand-alone buildings, and offices.
We are looking for HVAC technicians who have an outstanding work ethic, self-motivation, like doing things right, and have the desire to advance their career.

• Perform maintenance and service on commercial HVAC/refrigeration for multiple retail locations.
• Participate in Company's “on call” after hours emergency call program.
• Complete periodic inspections of maintenance vehicles.
• Complete parts/material inventories as assigned.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with an approved driving record is required
• E.P.A. certification
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English proficiently is required
• Must pass pre-employment background/drug testing, driving record and post offer physical
• Ability to work overtime is required.
