Fast Casual Server - Full-time / Part-time

At Flower Child, we promise to serve healthy food for a happy world.  We work with ranchers who respect, protect and love their animals – and our food supply.  Our proteins are all raised naturally, and we serve organic produce and food from local sources – all cooked fresh.

We are looking for a friendly Server to join us on our journey to food enlightenment.

What you’ll do:

-Welcome and greet all guests, making them comfortable and letting them know you’re there to personally take care of them

-Deliver food from the kitchen to our guests in a timely manner

-Ensure accuracy when communicating with the expediter

-Verify food and table number before leaving the line

-Provide spirited and informed hospitality while building strong guest relationships

-Answer questions about our great food and beverages

-Check table-tops, the floor, windows (smudge-free), wipe down beverage station, and check salt & pepper and sugar caddies

-Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant

You love healthy foods, want to make our world a better place, and have a desire to serve guests while enjoying being part of a team. You speak, read, write and understand English.
