Staffmark is recruiting for a Production Packer on either 1st or 2nd shift in Coldwater OH. This company is proud to supply USA made products with excellent quality at a reasonable cost! As a Production Packer you are a vital part of their Family of employees. Tired of just being a number and not an employee then this is the place for you!
PRODUCTION PACKER: Following instructions from the Machine Operator Packaging bags/inner cartons into cases Producing a quality product Correct labeling of cartons Stacking cartons on to pallets and shrink wrapping Maintaining accurate finished product counts
1st shift :6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Mon. thru Thurs. if needed overtime on Friday 6:00AM - Noon
2nd shift 5PM-5AM work 4-12 hour shifts - 3 day WEEKEND every weekend!!
$11 hour for 1st shift temp to hire pay increase when you go fulltime
$13 hour for 2nd shift temp to hire pay increase when you go fulltime
401K and AFLAC after 1 year
1-4 years = 2 week vacation
5 year = 3 weeks vacation
Paid Holidays after 90 days starting from day one!!
