Shipping and Receiving

We are seeking a Shipping / Receiving to become an integral part of our team! You will help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities.

Hours are for 1st shift and will run from 6 a.m. - 4 p.m., with some mandatory overtime from September- December.

Pay will DOE but will be between $13-$15 per hour.

Benefits available after 90 days.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, address, stamp, and ship merchandise or material
• Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material
• Arrange appropriate transportation of products
• Assist customers with shipping inquiries
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Starts immediately

Physical requirements-

• Able to lift weights of up to 75 pounds on a continual basis.
• Ability to complete overhead work with pallet stacks up to 7-9 feet in height.
• Ability to handle temperature fluctuations within working environment.
• Able to walk or stand for shifts four to ten hours, with appropriate breaks.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to lift overhead and perform check-in and splitting functions.
• Able to sufficiently understand the English language to communicate clearly with individuals at all levels in the Company and to read and comprehend freight instructions.
