This is an office position for our McDonald's franchise in Chattanooga, TN. Part time 3 days a week.
Requirements include managing incoming calls and return phone calls and customer feedback. Assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Applicant must be friendly, out-going, customer oriented and able to multi-task. Must be able to deal with conflict and be pleasant. Applicant must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be excited to help customers. Must be patient, empathetic and passionately communicative. Applicant must be a good problem solver.
