Express Employment Professionals in Rock Hill, SC is recruiting an experienced Industrial Electrical/Instrumentation Technician for a 1st shift position in Fort Mill, SC. Hours are 1st shift – 5 days a week. Pay is depending on experience, starting at $25+ per hour. All applicants MUST have at least 5-10 years’ experience and willing to work long hours/weekends if necessary.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Inspect, repair, install, modify, and maintain electrical/electronic systems, circuits, and equipment.
- Knowledge of control valves, level, pressure and temperature transmitters, flow meters (such as Micro Motion), and ABB controllers.
- PLC’s (such as Honeywell, Siemens, Mape, GE, etc.)
- Familiar with DCS systems such as ABB/BAILEY, Allen-bradley, Honeywell, etc.
- Program controllers such as an AVV Vommander, Partlow, Watlow, etc.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and motor installations.
- Routing conduit, pulling wire, and wire sizing.
- Read and understand electrical schematics.
- Familiar with OSHA regulations – Hot Work, Confined Space, Lock-Tag-Try, Line Break, etc.
