At Grand Teton Lodge Company, our reservations agents / vacation planners are responsible for providing an Experience of a Lifetime by assisting guests with room reservations, activity reservations, and offering information about Grand Teton National Park, the GTLC properties, and the surrounding area.  Exceeding guest expectations with a consistent, pleasant demeanor, attention to detail, and extensive phone and computer efficiency are a top priority. You must be a team player.   

Position starts early February through Mid-October.

The "must haves" to be considered for this position:

• Possess the ability to consistently present self professionally in guest interaction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Proficient with computer systems, familiarity with keyboard and data entry
• Ability to function under heavy pressure with constant phone use, to perform repetitive tasks and disperse the same information repeatedly

We prefer that you additionally have the following experience / knowledge, but it is not required:

• Previous reservations, sales or other customer service experience
• Knowledge of Grand Teton National Park

This position lives in free employee housing, and works at Jackson Lake Lodge, and typically works 40 hours per week.

Life at GTLC:  Depending on work location, employees are housed in furnished dormitories or cabins in our employee villages, where you will share a room with one or more fellow employees and can enjoy employee recreation activities and events.
