Host/Guest Greeter - Fine Dining – Zach’s Cabin - Full & Part Time, Winter Seasonal - Beaver Creek, CO

Zach’s Cabin: Nestled amongst the aspens on Bachelor’s Gulch Mountain overlooking the Gore Range, our cabin is a “ski in-ski out” signature private members club during the day. At night we open to the public where elegant alpine sleigh ride and fine dining experiences are made. Our location and atmosphere is unlike any other on the mountain. The Greeter is responsible for warmly greeting and welcoming all guests that enter the Ritz Carlton Bachelor’s Gulch.  Greeters are the first experience for our guests and it must be a positive one. The Greeter guides guests to the sleigh and is familiar with the Ritz Carlton.

 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work with Zach’s host team to manage reservations.
• Management guest check ins
• Be sure guest know where to be when the sleigh arrives
• Coordinating with cat drivers when guest miss sleighs or are late
• Must maintain tidiness of work station and be professional and ambassador for both Beaver Creek and the Ritz Carlton
• Other duties as assigned

   

  Qualifications:

  Previous restaurant experience or customer service - preferred

• High School diploma or equivalent - required
• Proven ability to work well with others and guests - required
• Must be fluent in English - required
• Must be available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays - required
• Resume – Preferred
