About this job
The Pharmacy Manager supervises the Pharmacy Department operations ensuring that our guests/patients enjoy a trusted and healthy experience as they are cared for. They hire, train and coach all Pharmacy crew members to provide world-class guest care, use equipment safely and ensure that company and departmental policies and procedures are adhered to, as well as, meet any state/federal law compliance. Will also accept payment for prescriptions by accurately processing money including cash, check, credit, debit & EBT using computerized cash register. Must maintain current State Licensure. Additionally, the Pharmacy Manager is responsible for tracking sales, managing the department’s budget and ordering supplies.
