We are looking for someone to join the team that is hardworking, honest, and can work effectively under pressure. We look for individuals with a positive attitude and phenomenal time management skills. Strong interpersonal skills, self motivation, and drive are keys to success within our company.

In this position you will disassemble, evaluate, repair, and craft a variety of fluid power hydraulic components like cylinders, motors, pumps, gearboxes, valves, winches and more. You will utilize your technical shop skills and machining capacity. You will routinely use standard machine shop tools, chemicals, equipment, machines and vehicles. This position requires you to be able to balance time management while maintaining customer/client focus.

Your Responsibilities as a Hydraulic Technician:
  • Disassemble and inspect all fluid power hydraulic components
  • Provide written evaluation of all hydraulic components inspected to management
  • Remanufacture and Test hydraulic components to OEM specifications
  • Expertly craft and safely test each hydraulic component
  • Maintain shop supply of O-rings and seals needed to perform duties
  • Assure all quality control measures are satisfied
  • Assist anywhere in the shop on any job, as assigned
What We Need from You (Our Requirements)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical knowledge of fluid power, hydraulics, and hydraulic components testing and installation
  • Five years of experience working with the repair of hydraulic components
  • Fluid Power Certification a competitive advantage but not required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability and desire to work alone or as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, driven and able to work successfully with little to no supervision
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
