Babysitting Wanted - Flexible Caregiver Needed In Leesburg For Two Girls, 6 And 4, Seeking Sitter

Single dad with two little girls needs a loving babysitter. This is an ongoing job that may become live-in when his current lease is up in October. I’m the grandma doing interviews for him. I live two hours away and am available to give you time off for this position if you let me know the day before. Dad is a Loudon County sheriff’s deputy. He works seven 12-hr shifts every two weeks (schedule is set and regular), 6am-6pm. He also works one weekend a month. Our special concern is that he has to leave the house at 5 am and sometimes has to work late, so our sitter has to be flexible for that. We request a fingerprint check through your local police station and references from two former employees. Once the school year starts, we would need our sitter to get the kids on the bus to school and pick them up from the bus. For the summer, we need all day care while dad works.
