ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
• Unpack and test returned products
• Ensure orders are correct, complete, and timely for each shipment
• Assist with daily inventory counts
• Communicates daily and professionally with field associates and managers
• Train and execute safety precautions prescribed in company training and OSHA procedures
• Read and interpret reporting for product needs and information
• Communicate with product vendors and company associates to facilitate returns, credits, and shipments

* Microsoft Office products: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
* High attention to detail; accurate, organized
* Ability to meet deadlines and establish proactive planning
* Strong communication skills with the ability to read and write the English language
* Basic mathematical skills; ability to use a calculator
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
