LMR LLC in Raleigh, North Carolina is a hospitality management group, owned and operated by the Moshakos Family. We’re looking for passionate team members who have made-from-scratch cooking experience in a high-volume environment and a desire to further hone their skills. If you’ve got a culinary degree, that’s even better! Our culinary team prepares and cooks a variety of dishes using an assortment of equipment and techniques. We all pitch in—working together, supporting each other, learning from our Chef Managers.  Our team emphasizes proper kitchen sanitation, cleanliness, and food storage processes to ensure high quality and timely service for our guests. Our restaurant environment is positive, professional, and fast-paced.
