HVAC Installer

Here at FAST of Florida, a Southern HVAC company, our motto is, “Growing by Giving Great Service” and we prove it every day! We are currently seeking a HVAC Installer for our Clearwater, Florida location.

Job Description and Duties:

• Respond to all client "Dispatch" work order requests
• Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to increase longevity
• Conduct performance tests with specialized tools
• Repair damaged HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot current HVAC system issues
• Requisition parts and materials and maintain inventory
• Timely communication to supervisor of any other issues encountered during the performance of work
• Respond to customer calls and provide quality customer service
• Provide complete information to accurately document corrective action, labor hours, and materials used on work orders
• Must be available when the job requires, which may mean evening and weekend work in emergency situations

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

License Requirements:

• Active EPA license

Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years On-The-Job HVAC experience
