Catering Specialist

Our guests often want to eat our delicious dishes at their location instead of ours, and you are the key ingredient to make sure the culinary creations they ordered are ready when they are! We’re looking for team members who have an Of Service mindset, are organized, and like to travel around town with large quantities of P.F. Chang’s best-selling menu items!

What you will do:

• Work with passionate people to create and nurture a fun, family-style work environment
• Represent the P.F. Chang’s brand in the community and during catering events
• Be Genuine and authentically yourself in how you engage with our guests and team members – show your personality!
• Learn and demonstrate knowledge of restaurant menu, catering menu, and catering steps of service
• Correctly and consistently packages prepared food and accompaniments while upholding our high sanitation and safety standards
• Place orders in required systems, completes and submits reports
• Executes and/or oversees the loading, unloading, set up and tear down of catering events
• May need to deliver catering orders using personal vehicle, ensures order is delivered on time
