Position Summary:

Responsible for managing the overall coordination of digital marketing and social media assets/campaigns, including timelines, creative, and testing to ensure successful implementation. This position will support digital marketing campaigns and will work cross-functionally to successfully execute marketing initiatives in the digital space, which may include email, push notifications/SMS, customer-facing websites, microsites, and social media. Lead and educate business partners, cross-functional team members and suppliers is essential and requires a demonstrated expertise in balancing scope, cost, risk and quality while facilitating high performance and agility across all teams. Essential Job Functions:
  • Manage cross-functional internal and external teams, partners and agencies throughout the development and production of digital marketing campaigns including, but not limited to associated research and data analytics requests, development of superior assets and/or campaign elements
  • Superior prioritization, workload balancing, assessment, time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain and build positive business relationships and partnerships is essential
  • Ability to navigate and optimize workflow plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of campaigns/assets
  • Provide cost estimates for proposed projects independently or through collaboration with subject matter experts, agencies, etc.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings to ensure timely completion of all project milestones
  • Confer regularly and report progress routinely to Senior Campaign Manager and key stakeholders/team members. Prepare and distribute routine progress reports to department leadership
  • Independently write simple briefs and collaborate on key corporate initiatives with Senior Campaign Manager
  • Work with vendors, agencies and third parties to ensure execution of deliverables
  • Seek ways to continually improve team collaboration, workflow and project processes
  • Understand the process and critical steps needed to deliver high-quality digital marketing campaigns that align with our Customer First philosophy and business objectives
  • Work with necessary teams to define success metrics pre-campaign and recap campaign performance; share reporting with all stakeholders
  • Manage project budgets and all timetables to ensure consistent on-time, on-budget results
  • Travel to work and vendor sites to attend meetings

Minimum Position Qualifications: 
  • 2-3 years’ experience in campaign marketing
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing/social media and branding best practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of individual work styles
  • Strong project leadership, organizational and time management skills with impeccable attention to detail
Desired Previous Job Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related area preferred
  • 2 years marketing experience in fast-paced environment
  • 2 years digital marketing/social media experience with large retailer, multi-brand company and/or agency
  • Understanding of digital marketing production processes along with campaign management experience
