About this job
The WAH (work at home) Agent will interact with cellular customers from state to state. All agents must be bi-lingual, Spanish and English speaking. All agents will do basic troublsehooting on cellular devices along with knowledge of phone settings. Agents will be expected to have a flexible schedule and must have their own personal computer. The hours of operation are from 7am to 12am will have a dedicated shift.
