Fleet Coordinator (Logistics Coordinator)

One of the fastest growing companies in the country is looking to bring on a logistics coordinator to their team! This role will be working directly with mechanic teams to collect, repair and redistribute scooters to their users. This role will look to turn permanent and will be moving very quickly so don't miss out! The pay for this will be $21/hr. and is a great chance to get in with a rapidly growing company in Cambridge, MA.

The Role:

-Manage market drop-offs/pick-ups
-Partner with our in-market mechanic teams that collect, repair, and redistribute throughout the day
-Confirm which need to be returned back to HQ for repairs
-Coordinate shipments and distribution of mechanic supplies
-Retrieve broken/damaged products and perform repairs when possible
-Work with the city to obtain impounded products

Requirements:

1. Reliability - this person will be working individually, so they have to be motivated and able to work independently
2. Technology - this person will have to have an interest in tech since this company is based around an app and the electronic scooters (birds)
3. Computer skills
4. Customer Service/Coordination Experience
5. Logistics a plus - not required
