Responsibilities
Managing both inbound/outbound calls for multiple campuses, while educating prospective students on financial options to attend school. Representatives will also be responsible for discussing various options for purchasing books, while assisting students in completing FAFSA documents and retrieving their FSID pins.
Department hours of operation: Candidates will need to be open availability Monday - Saturday (6am - 8pm)
