Architect

We are seeking two architects with 3-7 years of experience creating construction documents from beginning to end for commercial base-build projects including retail, office, medical, and multi-family projects.

This team is part of a national network of architects with resources across the country. They focus on commercial and multi-family ground-up aka base build projects in the DMV area.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Architecture

-Experience using AutoCAD

-Experience creating project construction documents from beginning to end independently

-Experience working on commercial ground up aka base build projects

-Minimum 4 years of local work experience

This individual will:

-Use AutoCAD software to produce construction documents using designs.

-Create architectural plans on commercial, ground-up projects from start to finish.

-Make redline corrections to plans and communicate with team to address corrections to construction documents.

-Assist in scheduling construction documents.

-Verify that construction documents are finished and prepared for submittal to review teams.

-Make sure project is in compliance with codes and standards for construction documents.

-Make site visits as needed.
