Assistant Program Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

ı Quote creation in response to RFQs and RFPs
ı Adhere to all business processes and governance
ı Nontechnical Support of Customers and Sales Personnel
ı Order tracking, ability to research and interpret order documents in SAP
ı Special projects related to administration, operations and accounting
ı BBA/BS in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations
ı Familiarity with SAP a plus
ı Understanding of basic Scheduling, MRP Management, Purchasing, Supply Negotiations, Lean concepts
ı Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
ı Extremely detail oriented and effective problem solving skills
ı Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
