Powder Coat Paint Manager

Responsibilities:

         Responsible for all operating functions related to the Powder Coat division.

         Coordination of equipment maintenance, production scheduling, work flow efficiency, shipping and receiving, and coordination of labor.

         Team builder who leads by example.

         Display a high standard of professionalism at all times.

         Work with team leads and team members on a daily basis.

         Work closely with the General Manager to maintain proper production staff.

 

Requirements:

         Excellent work ethic

         3-5 years in a management role with demonstrated accomplishments

         Hands-on powder coat painter

         Exhibits strong communication skills with all company members

         Confident decision maker; results oriented

 

Shift, Pay, and Benefits:

         First shift Hours 6:30 am 3 pm, Monday Friday/Overtime as needed

         Pay -  $40 60K/annual salary based on experience
