Job Description:
Operate various types of CNC machines
Perform quality inspections
Perform in-process inspections as required
Complete required production paperwork
Perform preventative maintenance on all CNC machines
Understand that performing job tasks in a safe manner is the highest priority
Adhere to all safety rules, guidelines and wears appropriate PPE when required
Responsible for housekeeping in the area of work Work Environment: The candidate will be working on the production floor in a machine shop. It is climate controlled but is still warm due to machinery running. Qualifications: Experience operating production machinery
Must be able to lift 40 lbs
Micrometers and Calipers experience (Not Mandatory, but preferred)
The ability to use hand tools Performance Expectations: Candidates are required to hit a specific production goal that is designated to them after the completion of training
Candidates are also expected to be crossed trained in other areas and duties could potentially change over time
Shift will be either 2nd or 3rd after training. Must be open to both. Additional Compensation: 10-30 hours of OT weekly
