Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities for the position include:

Perform a wide variety of general building maintenance and repair services.

Install light bulbs, doors, bulletin boards, and cabinets.

Paint interior and exterior walls; assemble furniture.

Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs.

Keep equipment records of repairs and preventative maintenance performed.

Keep all work areas and mechanical rooms clean, safe and well organized.

Create and maintain a good parts and material inventory and accountability of tools.

3. Autoclaves
4.Plumbing
5.Electrical
6.General Carpentry

Perform minor and major repair of all buildings and non-network related equipment
Performs scheduled preventive maintenance on building mechanical equipment; inspect belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, etc.

Also must be willing to fix drywall and painting.

The ideal candidate is someone with a good knowledge of HVAC systems with a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry. The company is willing to train entry level HVAC technicians who have just finished their schooling!!
