Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer each employment inquiry in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
  • Assist in developing and implementing new recruitment strategies online and within the community
  • Track all inquiries and interviews in the database system
  • Attend and organize job fairs and other outreach events for CAREGiver recruitment
  • Schedule and conduct applicant interviews in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner
  • Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities
  • Demonstrate open and effective listening and communication skills
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
  • Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
  • Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
  • Must have the ability to work as a team
  • Must demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness consistent with office standards, practices, policies and procedures
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of the senior care industry
  • Must have the ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly work
  • Must present a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must have the ability to operate office equipment
  • Must have computer skills and be proficient in Excel and Word
  • Must have the availability to work evenings or weekends if needed (job fairs, all staff meetings, trainings) 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to treat and care for others and their property with dignity and respect
  • Personable and passionate about hiring CAREGivers and Key Players
  • Ability to communicate with Key Players and CAREGivers in a friendly and respectful manner
  • Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
  • Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
  • Past experience in Senior Care and/or Recruitment strongly preferred
