We have an immediate opening for a remarkable Recruiting and Engagement Coordinator who can spearhead our efforts to find, recruit, train and engage our phenomenal caregivers.

An Ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
* Strong understanding of the demands of being a Home Instead Senior Care CAREGiver.
* Dedicated belief in the unlimited potential of every member of our family at Home Instead.
* Proactive mindset when it comes to managing people, resolving conflict, and improving the quality of the service we provide.
* Dynamic public speaker/teacher.
* Innovative personality, always looking for ways in which we can get better.
* Ability to organize and prioritize daily.
* Ability to effectively communicate well in person and on the telephone. Must be congenial and patient.
* Ability to get along well in a team environment and have good working relationships with the CAREGivers, management, office staff, and the franchise owner.
* Must have computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word.
* Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
* Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines.
* Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills.
* Must demonstrate discretion, integrity, fair-mindedness consistent with our company standards, practices, policies, and procedures.
* Ability to perform duties in a professional office setting and be able to operate office equipment.
* Ability to sit at a desk and listen effectively for long periods of time on a telephone.
* Ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor.
* Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
