Job Description:
- Looking for progressive press operators
- Candidates will set up, operate and tear down progressive press machines
- Candidates will be responsible for the entire process from start to finish
- Candidates will put the steel coils into the press and stamp out various parts
- Production run environment, stamping out 700 to 8,000 parts
- Setting dies into the machines
- Typically lifting up to 50lbs consistently
- Doing own quality checks. visual, micrometers, calipers and gauges
- Operate a forklift to move dies in and out of press
- Basic computer skills to track/log progress and also verify order numbers

Work Environment:
- 3p to 11p Monday to Friday
- 11p to 7a Sunday to Thursday
- Should expect to Saturday and Sundays if needed. 2-3 a month
- 40-56hrs a week
- Non union
- .35cents on 2nd and 3rd shift

Qualifications:
MUST HAVES:
- MUST HAVE experience with progressive dies or transfer dies experience
- MUST HAVE experience setting up, operating and doing changeovers on press machines
- MUST HAVE experience with adjusting the coilers, loading the steel into the feeders
- MUST be able to perform basic quality checks on parts using micrometers, calipers and gauges
- MUST be able to operate a sit-down forklift

Performance Expectations:
- Will be expected to have good attendance and be on time, achieve throughput for each day (700 to 8,000 parts for the day) and have high quality
