What you will do:

In this multi-unit role, you will be a leader of leaders that supports teams with a deep understanding of their markets, guests, and communities. You will develop and support strong leaders, encourage teamwork, create amazing guest experiences, hold high standards, and drive performance in your region.

You will direct a portfolio of 5-8 restaurants by:

  • Coaching, training, & supporting restaurant managers
  • Developing & maintaining partnerships with talent acquisition partners, regional training managers, & market chefs
  • Hiring great talent for your locations
  • Setting & upholding standards, goals & strategies
  • Focusing on problem solving & process improvement
  • Motivating & recognizing restaurant managers and their teams for their accomplishments

What you need to have:

  • 5+ years restaurant management experience at the multi-unit level
  • Experience developing, coaching, and leading a diverse workforce
  • Proven ability to drive initiatives that measure and build sales, traffic and profitability
  • Ability to utilize tactical and strategic judgment to achieve all key business measures
  • Strong understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods and overall control of financials
  • Ability to multi task and readily adapt to shifting priorities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction
  • Experience using restaurant systems and reporting tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours: opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time (within and outside of the market)
