Automation Personnel Services, Inc. Is now hiring for an Assembly Technician in Griffin, GA.
We are looking for a highly capable Assembly Technician to join the team to assemble and dispatch mowers, ensuring quality standards are met and factory off-line dates are achieved in a safe and efficient manner. As it is a small team in the USA there is a requirement to be flexible and support other areas of the business if required;
Your role will involve:
Final Assembly of whole goods mowers and options as per the production schedule, adhering to agreed procedures and practices;
Prepare and dispatch whole goods mowers and options to meet customer delivery requirements;
Assist with Inward and Outwards goods as required. Unloading/Loading trucks and containers, and ensuring checks, receipting and storage tasks are completed in a timely manner;
To provide cover for Spare Parts and other customer support functions as necessary from time to time;
Delivery and/or installation of mowers at end user s facility across the United States as required;
Skills and Experience requirements:
Assembly of mechanical products > 5Yrs
Good communication both written and verbal
Understanding of mechanical terms and processes
Forklift license
Understanding of logistics, packaging and documentation
Ability to use MS Word and Excel
CDL is preferred but not necessary
Shift: 8: 00 am 5: 00 pm, Monday Friday
Pay: $12.00 per hour
