About this job

Staffmark is seeking a Korean Speaking Customer Service Agent to join the global contact center at a semiconductor facility in North Austin. Employee must be fluent in Korean. Ideal employee will have previous customer service experience and be computer literate.
Shift availability: Shift will rotate every 60 days. Employee must be available for both shifts.
4am-1pm and 1pm-9pm
Responsibilities:


Communicate with Customers on the availability of parts



Create and process purchase orders


Confirm shipping locations and ETA for product deliveries


Record customer interaction into SAP


Pull information from SAP regarding specific customer processes


Process requests expedited shipment in SAP and deliver to fulfillment team


Issue Return Material Authorizations (RMA) and services requests


Communicate with customer on returns credits and replacement purchases


Maintain accuracy on Purchase Orders;


Investigate and assist with reconciliation of accounts


Provide consistent status reports to customers regarding shipments and delivery information


Other duties as needed



Requirements:


High School Diploma or equivalent


Previous over the phone customer service experience


Previous experience working with SAP or oracle


Knowledge of MS office; Outlook, Word, Excel


Ability to communicate professionally over the phone and via email
