About this job
Load raw materials into the feeding systems.
Transfer parts between assembly functions as necessary to maintain a constant flow of work.
Performs specific assembly operations as necessary.
Performs in process QC inspections as required.
Unload completed parts from machines and onto carts or pallets.
Trouble shoot problems with assembly machines as they arise and lend assistance/provide input to Lead Tech. as necessary.
Monitor the assembly machine functions to ensure continuous operation.
Manage/follow/monitor the production schedule and provide feedback to Lead Tech.
Maintain expected level of quality, report any quality issue immediately to the Quality Tech. and the Lead Tech.
Maintain a safe and organized work area.
Adhere to all safety requirements.

Offer suggestions for Improvement.
